If you visited these big sites recently, including PPM, you'd have noticed some lack of news on most of the days, right? It makes the community looks like dead, except for the Reborn and RenAlert issues that I won't go into details here, since it's not a Renegade site.

Anyway, there were a lot of news and, as usual, people hardly find out half of them. So, watch out for some cool resource news:

-> Dead Dragon Mods: Dispite the 'dead' in the name, Droke (also knew as ZombieDragon) has recently re-opened the site. It's looking green now. It offers a good collection of SHP, sounds, voxels and some other goodies.

-> RA2: Savage War: Daz has updated his chemical tank in the end of the last year over there. If you haven't seen it yet and you are interested on a chemical tank, check it out!

-> Tiberian Graveyards: Dethro has recently uploaded all his TS assets to the site, because his mod Tiberian Dusk: Evolution has moved to Yuri's Revenge. One of the goodies you may find there is the Nod Saboteur SHP.

-> Tiberios: Although I do not support Renegade here, I couldn't forget to mention this site. Tiberios has recently opened and it's full of cool tutorials for Renegade fans and GMAX modellers. From the goodies over there, I recommend checking the Extrudes, Texturing, Accurate Bends and Easy Mountains and Ground tutorials. If you didn't know these tricks yet, you'll change the way you use GMAX/3DsMax.

And there are more goodies around that I couldn't find at the moment or that I mentioned before, like the Tutorial Database at Acid Vat. Enjoy it!

Basically, so that we can enjoy increased side functionality due to the Rock Patch.

That, and I work a bit better in RA2/YR design-wise. Gives me more size to work with. And having most of the ideas we had for our game, YR is essential for some coding. I'll be updating the side pages within the next week or so, so stay tuned. In the mean time, get some graphical goodness from there if you want any Very Happy
