The meaning of the word Nod. Brotherhood of NOD.

I just found out the meaning of the Word nod, from the brotherhood of nod. Nod means Nation of the Damned, and it fits pretty well, right? Anyways, if you've wondered why they also kept GDI in french, it's because they changed the words a bit, and for those who don't know what CABAL means, well, i've got the answers:

Actually the name Nod refers to the bible. In the bible Cain was banished to the land of Nod for killing his brother Abel. Nod is an old Hebrew word meaning Wander. Cain (Kane) was not banished to a land of wanderers but exiled to become a wanderer.
Therefore, the brotherhood of Nod is in fact a brotherhood of wanderers.

Everybody thinks Nod is an Acronymn when it really is NOT. hence. writing it NOD is not correct gramatically.

yeah, I read about that from wikipedia. Interesting that Tiberian series are a bit biblical if you think it that way. But was Cain/Kane a god or did he sell his soul or how can he be alive after 2000 (or more)years? also, wikipedia mentiones about that Kane could be actualy Scrin himself. Maybe this explains his age.

As far as I am concernetd, Kane is in the same mental state as Heinrich Himmler, and their is no God. Kane belives, like Himmler, he is a reincarnate of Cain (Heinrich I)

/Nod brainstorming

Kane has many copies of himself at the end scene right, this shows at how he appears in later stages!

One Kane in the past, one Kane in the present, CABAL is keeping clones of Kane to release at various points in time! That's why Kane keeps on surviving, he has loads of clones of himself in tubes!

As for Kane's purpose I think he serves the Scrin in someway or another. From this he may have created CABAL to look after his clones.

CABAL may want to stab Kane in the back though.. Who knows his motives?
I even had the thought he may download himself into Kane.

Which brings me to another thing, maybe CABAL is the controlling force? He's a Computer Assisted Biologically Advanced Lifeform.. Could be a Scrin AI? (unlikely? I'm not sure if he's manufactured or from space..)

He always keeps talking about "His plans.." in the TS campaign, maybe everything NOD related is all in his plans all along?

he was in RA1 because he is over ___ years old! he has been there from ___ year (I don't know his correct age, probably no one does). That's what I've been trying to ask here. How can he be over a 1000 years old and looks like a 30 year old guy?

Arrggh. There is no time travel in TS. Full Stop. Kane never travelled back in time. He has never been chronoshifted anywhere. There is no mention of any time travel technology in TS. Clearly the technology or the understanding of the technology died with Einstein many years before.
The best explanation of the guys in the tubes in the final movie is that somehow Kane has devised a way to 'download' his conciousness, hence why Kane is Cabal and Cabal is Kane but they are still seperate entities. The guys in tubes are just empty shells, call them clones if you wish but they are technically not, they may not even be organic or carbon based.
If at any point Kane then dies he can easily be replaced by downloading his conciousness into one of the shells and thus he can continue to live.

Something that doesn't quite fit:
In the Nod final sequence, after the missile is fired, Kane vanishes in a manner not unlike chronoshifting. Ideas? He could be a hologram. He could be chrono'ing out. He could be a Scrin agent being returned to his base of operations. Throw that one around a bit.
