Delphi:"Those images were very real taken from the Westwood"

I've been watching the comments about this new C&C 3 at Planet CnC and one comment was quite interesting, written by Delphi who used to be Red Alert 2 community manager and worked on Westwood/EALA till 2005.

Today, Delphi is on Petroglyph. Here's what he said:

"Those images were very real taken from the Westwood Studios version of C&C III back in 2002 and 2003. I am 100% positive the game looks nothing like those images you have posted.

Take your conclusions. I haven't seen any official words on it yet. But it seems that the project from that Scrin Primal screen was ressurected. It's too late for PC Gamer does an aprils fool joke on all of us.

this suggests that EA doesn't have any source code or assets for it, why else should it look different.
this again suggests that Westwood (Petroglyph) has the stuff, but no license for C&C.

They might just have released old screenies to PC Gamers instead of the real stuff. Game designers are known to do that...

It does look like SAGE though...

the pic nyer has (ive seen it lots of time before though) is kinda how TT shouldnt be. 1. it looks too gens. 2. they still use conventional cannons, while in TS railguns and plasma cannons were already developed. even if they were proto's the MMKII should now be the MBT and Cyborg Commando Nods Light Infantry.

That thing had me doubting the entire thing! Now I can finally let my hyperness be free, knowing that the sequel to TS is coming in one form or another!
