Since nobody anwers your question I'll do.
It's bad. What is it with the rope thingy it looks real messed up.
And the stolen tech words look bad. (To painted)
Overall it looks to paintshopped. (Doesn't looks professional)

And what the hell is this doing in the SHP forum.

Well, if you use paintshoppro, you can make that in 5 seconds. At least i could with the 30-days trial.

I believe it uses pcx format for that load title I'm not sure and please only post in the shp forum with an actual attached shp.

any who, the Title needs to be in front of the lightning, take out those water drops, they are crap. And you need an emblem for your mod. that should go in the center. Have something like a combined emblme of the two sides since it like stolen tech. my 2 cents anyway
