mix file is turning me mad

i'm busy with a little mod. i have 4 seperate mix files: 1 for the sounds, 1 voor the hva's, 1 for the shp's and 1 for the voxels.
my problem is the 3rd mix file, the one with the shp's in it.

each time i ad a new shp, the game gives a IE in the loading screen at the 4th or 5th line (i don't know the name)

first i could fix this by this: i simply created a new mix file and deleted the other.

but now comes my real problem: the solution i just mentioned doesn't work anymore! #Mad

all mix files work, except that single one with the shp's!
is it a problem with the shp's, or is my mix editor going crazy?

I tried to open it,but it gives me an error, btw, I don't know if you did, but your vxl and vha files,you can put them in the expandxx.mix ,and for shp ,put them in ecachexxx.mix,within expandxx.mix
