How about generating a RA2 rules.ini for you?

Inovations, inovations and inovations. About a month ago, a site called PureRA2 was opened with a lot of new features and no news at all. Many mod reviews, CnC Radio, TV, they were giving RA2 for free, etc. It's a pitty that their news system is never updated. Anyway, the site was reformed recently to support all C&C games. Now it's PureCnC. Their latest feature is an online RA2 rules.ini editor.

We can't really call it editor, since it doesn't edit. It simply generates the code of a rules.ini from RA2. The user can mess up with the global settings and once it hits the "Make me my rules!", a whole rules.ini is generated.

Also, like I noted, "how dare you" instead of "why" pretty much proves my point. (Especially since I stressed "web designer/developer" in my post, which was a clear indication there was more wrong with it than just being a TibEd Lite.)
