Unknown file

I am using SHP Builder 3.35.
I was editing the cameo ssh file to give the option of creating new unit in the game... When i finished it, I have exported the file as a SHP [TS] format.

But when tried to insert it into the mix file, it showed me the next line in the type of the file "Unknown file". What is the problem?
How should i save the file so he will be recognized and used in the game?

Moved to Media Hut.

Please read the Media Hut rules.
The SHP sub-forum, and the Voxel sub-forum are for finished and downloadable shps and voxels.
Questions (and developing work) regarding shps, voxels and general artwork should be located in the Media Hut.

And if the file is in the mix file, as long as it actually is a shp with the ending .shp, it should be fine. Sometimes Mixer does that, not sure why.
