How do i copy object in ra2?

I didnt find any tutorial to do this...
How can i fully copy an object in ra2.
For example making another type of GI, with the same properties, anims, model, skin etc.

Like making new unit but it has everything same as the unit you wan't to copy.

yah that should work if it dosent!
Pull up and extract the rules to your ra2 directory
and u can edit them from there
