How about becoming an actor from C&C 3?

Triforce has recently spotted this suspicious offer on Ebay. It appears to be a weird way to hire actors for the newest C&C game, if it's not a ploy, of course. They are charging about 3 US dollars to give the contact information about how to get acting in the new C&C game.

We are aware that casting for the game has really started recently and it's still on progress. Also, looking at the guy's history (although I don't know how reliable is it either), only two complaints in the last 6 months.

Anyway, if it's fake or not... the offer is for US citizens only.

And, I repeat: there is a great chance that it is a fake. There was no attempt to contact EA to know the veracity of this offer, although we would hardly get an answer, since casting is something done discreetly.

This is some kind of bad joke. There is no head of GDI. It's only you, the player, THE COMMANDER, ultimate leader of GDI that leads GDI. And I portray the commander to be younger than 40.
Most likely something amongst 25-35. If someone else leads him or helps him, it's probably a 40 year old.

Oh, and EVA briefs you. Unless you get another guy who's trying to take over GDI and a scientist lady like in FS who you end up having to save, then you are the lonely guy with a bunch of incompetents who are now in lead of GDI. That's what I think. This is a fake most likely. This is the next complaint he's gettin'!

THIS SCREAMS THE WORK FAKE. Just as much as that EALA infiltration thingy. Laughing

And EA confirmed the commander is you, a guy who's been transferred from a science team (you happen to be a biochemist turned over to be a GDI leader, and you are incompetent). Surely with this plot, there's another smarter guy who tries giving you orders around, wanting to control the world like Kane, if not even joining him.

Banshee it's fake. Look at all the other ones on the list 'How to become a millionaire through porn', 'Become a millionaire by selling X product', 'Become a millionaire through working with us' etc.

I reccomend EA should be alerted, i.e. sick the great bear on that con-man and lets see how he deals with it (or at least for an official confirmation).

Basically, they're asking money from you and your info? Wow, that's dumb...THEY SHOULD ASK YOUR INFO AND GIVE, YES, GIVE YOU MONEY. I see no reason to believe this is true. EA would at least announce this or shit like that. This is BS.

As far as I could understand, this person probably has contacts (or knowledge of contacts) with EALA team, not necessarily being an official service and the person is selling the information on how to get in touch with EALA crew for 3 dollars. The interesting thing in the offer are the kind of people they need and the purpose...

As I said in the other thread, I think this could well be real, because all they promise is contact info, they don't say they have any affiliation with EA.

Some of the greatest conmen wear suits. Even though they can seem like they know about C&C they use this to their advantage.

It was a fake. Check the link to eBay in the news post. It was removed by eBay staff because it was fake.
