i am making the GUI thing, i made the radar.shp part into a holy axe version and when i started the match in the game it made the palet of the under bar and the side bar different.
i think the problem is where i have the shp. its in the main YR directory, and i have one in my echiemd file or what ever its called.
so can some help?

im pretty sure i can help

so....you made a new radar cover type thing? and you used a different .pal for it? and now the rest of the sidebar is messed up or.....? post up a screeni maybe?

i used the same pal. as the origanal.
it is in the main ra2 folder.
should i change that?

Hmm... I think you should convert your original sidebar images with that palette what is originally used.

XCC Mixer is helpful with that:
1. Select the sidebar palette file from /View/Palet/Red Alert 2/RA2.mix - SidecXX.mix - Sidebar.pal
2. Find your original image and press Copy as SHP, it converts your image to shp using that selected palet file.

Are happy now?
