1. Place a building node, the AI will build them as long as it has the cash and a CY and will build them in the order you placed the nodes (you can text edit the map later to change the order if you put them down wrong).
2. ai.ini or aimd.ini depending on RA2 or YR.
3. Number of times can be done by a sequence of disabled triggers...one trigger fires when entered and then enables the next in the sequence while disabling itself, all joined to the same repeating tag by attaching the triggers to each other. Detecting a specific unit can be done in SP, but you need to make a second house that looks exactly the same as your player house and is player controlled. Then give the unit you want detecting to that country as a reinforcement or a starting unit instead of the player country.
4. Disable the engineer and dog you don't want them to have with TechLevel=-1 by text editing the map. (Its human BTW, not humen).
