Subject description: GDI A.I. keeps building component towers

I'm at my wit's end here. one time this component tower bug suddenly appeared for no reason, I didn't even edit the component tower immediately before the bug happened!

Anyway, the GDI A.I. dumb and stupid as it is, keeps building Component towers. It literally FILLs the map with component towers!!! What the hell caused this????? I tried everything to stop the AI form doing this: IsBase=no, BaseNormal=no, I even put BuildLimit=6 on the component tower but the AI can still build them in infinite quantities!!

Help! what can I do to stop this awful bug??

but wouldn't that make the AI avoid building base defenses altogether?
