Err... do you mean, TibEd, don't you?

Anyway, do you know how to use XCC Mixer? If you don't, read this.

Anyway, first of all, you need to know which voxel you want to edit. The voxels are located on ra2.mix -> local.mix or ra2md.mix -> localmd.mix. Extract the one you want to edit.

The next thing you need to do is to download Voxel Section Editor III (VXLSE III) (in CnC Editing Tools area of the left menu).

Open the voxel you extracted with VXLSE III and edit it.

To put it in game, use XCC Mix Editor (that comes in the XCC Utilities) and create a new mix file called expand02.mix. Place all your voxels there by dragging and dropping files from your windows explorer (not maximized) into it.

If you edited an existing voxel, you don't need to code it. If you are making a new one, open the art.ini (artmd.ini) file with WordPad. Copy the most similar unit and make the changes needed (usually the PrimaryFLH thing, so fires correctly) and make sure that the name between [ ] is the name of your voxel.

Everything is not fine. But by the time you notice that, you'll be too far gone.

I'd say "Welcome to hell", but TibEd-users are a few circles further inside...

Skritz:
To translate what Renegade said:
TibEd will mess up your code. Your mod will eventually stop working, and you'll need to start it all again. Simply:
DO NOT use TibEd. You will have less errors, less flames on forums, you will perhaps make an excellent mod.
Get XCC Mixer as Banshee said, and search trough the mix files of RA2/YR. Eventually you'll find files called Rules (md).ini and Art (md).ini. Read them, try doing changes. It's hard(is it?) at the beginning, but will reward you later. I don't tell you, where these files are, becouse there's a lot of other interesting stuff you can find in the mixes before bumping into these.

And, yes, for infantry, you need to modify SHP's. Find them, extract, edit in SHP Builder. (find it on this site). You can put them into directory where RA2 for start.

What are you talking about?
and BTW, this has nothing to do with programming, even if I knew what it is.

You right-click on the file and click extract... could you try trying before asking?

Also, if you want to extract more stuff at the same time, select more items and click copy. The files will be copied into XCC Mixer directory.

This is not a question of being "good" - it's a question of simple reading skills.
