Unknown Beta Structures

Good day everyone.

I have started researching and studying the old Beta/alpha TS screenshots recently. I've found interesting things, and tried to re-assemble them to our modern day TS. But, there is this one building, which cameo is quite unclear. I need to known what it is. Maybe you, who have modded TS since it came to shelves, would recognize it. I have cut and pasted the cameo, and uploaded it as a PNG. I could realy use the information about this GDI building.

EDIT: If anyone is interested, I've found a site where are lots of beta TS shots. Even most of them were unfamiliar to me, that I had newer seen before.

that's what I was thinking too...wish WW would have kept it...it's much better looking than the "triangle with two pipes and a glowing ball", though the cameo is a bit unclear to say....

oh, I didn't know if it was brought up in Tumsun, and I couldn't google it because I had no idea it was an old Tech Center!
