TS Tuts!

Im a newb here and i haven't been doing very much mapping.

but i've been doing some TS and Generals mapping now and again and i was wondering if any one could make a tutorial for Final Sun?

such as scripting, advanced triggers, etc. etc. etc.

if any one could help than that would be great.

I am working on a very complete tutorial (perhaps along with TShyper, but communication seized a while ago about it, so I'm not sure what's going to happen now.) covering almost all aspects of finalsun. It'll be released along with TO, for I'll probably be doing quite some (if not all) campaign missions and I'll be writing things down and noting difficulties I experienced during the process so that you get the idea what a local chain is etc. and how you actually start making maps and singleplayer maps. If you have questions in the meantime, go ahead and post them Smile

Well, the release of a big mod is usually news that hits like an earthquake, so when the first version of TO is up for download, you can't miss it #Tongue

I'm not leading TO nor It's progress, I'm the mapper. We haven't set a release date yet, especially because the mod leader is moving to Australia (no joke) and another important member has had his graphics card fried (like a delicious chicken leg on a barbeque. Hmmm, makes me wanna barbaque again...). The progress depends on these people in some ways, so we aren't going anywhere unless they're able to work, which isn't their fault at all Smile

But, like I said before, you do not need an enormous tutorial, you can simply ask whatever you want Smile
