As some of you may know I tried to get this game started a few months ago, but my ignorance shot the idea down soon after I pitched it. I would really like to try again as it is a blast to play and PPM forums are slowly dying and could use the boost in interest. Now if you've stayed with me long enough to read this sentence I would like to ask that you visit this link to further understand the game of Mafia as I can not explain it well enough.

The link will lead you to a flash presentation that will explain the game very well. So well in fact that I played and won my first game ever knowing only what it told me. Now if you've looked at the link and have managed to keep an interest in this thread please post if you would be interested in trying this game. Or post that I should just give up on trying to get you guys to play with me cause no one wants to play and no one will ever want to play such things on this forum.

No, but if people said they wanted to play it he could ask banshee for his own forum here where he would be moderator.

That was the plan, after I established a good player base. Until then I was just gonna ask someone who has mod powers and a little free time to do all that stuff when I need it. Maybe I'd put the game thread in the Humor House of FanFic sub forums. I pretty much spent that two weeks off thinking about all this. Two weeks, wow it felt like two months to me.

Um ya, any other questions? Or anything else on this subject? I'm fully certified under the rules of Tango Master to moderate a Mafia Game, Or something like that...

The most you could ever want for a mafia sub-forum would be...

A mafia subforum.
A night-time sub-sub forum.
A daytime sub-sub forum.
A mafia moderator.

How about we make this CNC based?
Civillians and NOD? Rename the game 'Brotherhood'.

Glad to have you aboard Mice 16, thank you for the offer but most games don't involve graphics. In the future if one does I'll know who to contact.

All of my games will be CnC based, I use different rules and dynamics for each one depending on the specifics. But since it's still Mafia deep down a name change wouldn't be appropriate.

Tomorrow at 6:00 PM Mountain Time I will be starting a Mini Mafia Sign-up thread to help build an interest in the game here on PPM. Hopefully enough people will join to make the game fun, and I hope it goes well as this could be real big if done right.
