Happy independence day! Oh, wait... 99,9% of the PPM visitors does not live in Brazil! Anyway, it's independence day here, so I'm quite bored enough to post some community news:

EA News:

-> TFD Patch is on hold, according to EA Predator. Their teams are working on BfME 2 1.05 patch and on a patch for BfME 2 XBox instead, afterall, they are still selling.

-> The BfME 2 Mod SDK will receive an update soon to unlock all Renegade features from it. Something that the community did ages ago, now becoming official. Congrats, EA on this good decision (and no sarcasm included, honestly).

Releases:

-> C&C 95 GLE, the multiplayer addon for C&C 95, has been updated few days ago, and again yesterday. Here's the recent changes:

- The ability to join Direct IP games (04/09/2006)
- The ability host Direct IP games (04/09/2006)
- Upnp Support for hosting Direct IP games (04/09/2006)
- Fixes the "error on line 28" bug in the Direct IP Host program. (05-06/09/2006)

Community News:

-> CnC Source's domain expired in an accident, but don't worry. It was already bought back by Assassin and it should return online in a day, according to Stucuk.

-> CNCNZ has a new podcast, made by Hypnotist, covering Command & Conquer 3 majorly, with few mentions to Reborn and Red Alert: A Path Beyond. They also have a new article from CnC King called Perceptions of the Intolerant, an interesting article about the things like m,y news post.

-> CnC Vision has a new wall paper contest.

Generals Mod News:

-> Tiberian Sun Rising has new renders from Mammoth Tank, Hover MLRS and few other units that were re-skinned recently.

-> Red Twilight has a lot of updates.

Red Alert 2 Mod News:

-> D-Day site has more screenshots of new top quality voxels done by Mig Eater. The latest ones are M10 Wolverine, M36 Jackson, T34 Calliope and M6A2.
