Subject description: Took the better part of 6 hours!!

Okay.. It's done. I'll have the coding in a bit. It's for cabal, however you may use it as you wish. In the zip is a readme file, the buildup, an active animation, and the structure itself. I hope you like it. It took me the better part of six hours doing this. I had to edit each and every frame not once.. but twice. once in photoshop/imageready.. and once in SHP builder to fix it. However, I am now finished. If you encounter any problems, please by all means let me know. My contacts are linked under all my posts... However my AIM and ICQ are down.. also in the readme, and listed here. I'm taking lots of pride in this, because it is actually descent. It has everything required to be a good SHP.

NOTE: The buildup animation has been resized to fit.

Remove the non-cyborg parts, like the observation building next to it, cyborgs don't need that.

yeah, but it's still a good design, with a little work, it could be perfect , I kinda like it, but you should delete the observation building and make the buildup as Yur' suggested ,in several pieces

I did like the observation building on the building what building going too control it then :S?

That i dont like the ground on the building is dont fit the rest of the building =S.

Could you post the unresized version? I'd like to use it in RA2 (not for a public mod though...)...By the way, I've already seen this EXACT SHP in a mod around a year or two ago, but I dunno which one...

And I dunno why, but the buildup isn't THAT great...

call it a rip or wtf ever. I take pride in spending half a dozen hours on making this. I credited them before I even posted. The fusion reactor reminded me alot of Cabal, and my brother said I should make that a TS structure... so I did. Now for those that think this is just a rip because you want to make me look bad... fine.. go ahead.. I dont give a shit. True modders recognise hard work, even if the original design isn't the person's work. Yes, I know it's a Sim City 3000 structure.. however I had to do the animations on my own. I understand also that buildup is not perfect... however.. and I quote myself from TumSun

DaTSchikinhed are good whit SHP he did credit them so its not ripet.

He alot beter then another here and i like the design on the building. I hope you make more from Sim City 3k is funny game and is nice grafic in it too.

And DaTSchikinhed make more SHP's Very Happy.

Can i post this SHP on my site?

It's ripped in the same way you can rip CD to MP3s, not like a ripped mod. He's just taken a completed graphic and converted it to work in another game while adding just a few animations.
I mean it doesn't even look like it has snow frames glancing in the zip, it wasn't all that much effort from what I can see.
You can say whatever crap you want about being good with SHPs but when all he's done is take an existing graphic and converting it it's not showing all that much, if any, skill.

Perhaps posting a shot of the original as it appears Sim City will show if any praise is needed - because at the moment I'm assuming it's pretty much a carbon copy with minimal modifications.

It's even uglier ingame...It looks much better in that gif, the SHP looks ugly...sorry, but it looks like nothing that good. And the Buildup SHP is corrupted, it can't even be opened in SHP builder! Hey, I don't wanna make enemies with you, but it looks like you did it in a rush...In the end, I couldn't do what you just did, but I still take the right to say you can do much better (which you do normally), and we all know it.

:/ well... Carnivian is right. I didn't make but hardly any changes at all. I made animations... so say what you must... It's just a simple Sim City Conversion. Nothing more. BTW, I have an updated version of the temperate normal and damaged frame here for you with added remap.

If the SHP buildup is corrupt here is a copy for you.


I'm working on Snow frames now.

I recognized it from SC3000 too but I have no complaints. making animations by pure photoshop isn't cakewalk, people. Idea

In fact, I got inspired and I think I'll go make similar animations/buildings from SC3000 too (with credits of course)! their powerplants are really realistic and cool Cool

Okay I have seen it used in a mod, and the mod's maker is very 'iffy' in my books... it's called "Casero 2" or something... Could someone look into it and search for credits? The mod's creator is Christian93 (at tumsun, anyways)
