With the joint venture of 3 major companies and contributions by various other enterprises, New Xiao Mei has finally produced a weapon that may effectively combat Extraterrestrial Invasion. The IVI Self Powered Orbital Warship Model 1 (IVI SPOW-1) 'Quan Tou' (or 'Fury of Nod' for Nod deliveries) is a warship developed by IVI using various technologies and equipment that is capable of entering Low Orbit and even pseudo hover suspension status in atmospheric levels. The 'Quan Tou' is armed with a Medium Grade, Moderate Strength, Long Range Plasma Cannon that can accurately propel Medium Grade orbs of superheated plasma to a distance of 35km and inaccurately to a distance of 60km. To combat fighters, fighter bombers and boarding ships, the 'Quan Tou' has four High Powered medium range laser batteries for the task. In atmospheric levels, much of the power generated by the 'Quan Tou's reactors is directed to counter the powerful effects of the earth's gravity. Moreover, new high strength E/B-field shields are implemented on majority of the 'Quan Tou's hull thus decreasing the strength of incoming projectiles and energy based weapons. The mobility of the 'Quan Tou' is low but that's something that warships inpreventably come with.
Even though the 'Quan Tou' is the first successful and combat worthy ship that New Xiao Mei has produced, it can do little to annihiliate the hundreds of Tiberium Monster Vein colonies in far western Mongolia, Afghanistan, Turkmenkistan, and other stan-stan countries that plague the borders of New Xiao Mei every week. That's because extreme frequent Ion storms there short circuit any electronic devices, shielded or not.
Pros:Devastating Firepower (15 shots will destroy any heavy building, 10 shots any light building), Extreme Range (40), High HP (4000), heavy armor.
Cons: 6000$ to produce 1. After barrage of 5 plasma shots, the Quan Tou goes into a cruise to recharge the Plasma battery (to add balance to this unit). BuildLimit=4, can be taken down by enough MLRS, Scarabs and other anti aircraft units
