) always have on their agenda discussion of measures to defend the city state in case a Scrin Invasion comes at hand. As such, a large part of the revenues gained by IVI and other Chinese Enterprises are spent on city rennovations, defense infrastructure and research optimization. One such development is the improvement of Plasma Technology pioneered by the Brotherhood of Nod (you can probably guess where IVI got the idea of Magnetic Mass Drivers came from ::cough::GDI railgun::cough:: Very Happy

. The Ty-Resurreccion WARTEC inc. has furthered a way to equip these devastating weapons onto AFVs and supply it's firepower by the reactor on board. Working with IVI has led to the development of the IVI MRP-T15 'Qiang Dao'.
The IVI MRP-T15 Qiang Dao's Mplas Cannon can immediately cause melt-damage to even advanced IVI ceramics thus preventing much of the affected area to reform. Moreover, non ceramic armored units (those still using obsolete steel armor) are almost immediately disabled by 1 shot. However, Ty-Resurreccion WARTEC inc. still has to improve on the repulsion effect that IVI E/B-field shields have on energy and charged projectiles.

Pros: Massive damage by Plasma Cannon, the Qiang Dao moves fairly quickly. heavy armor

Cons: very expensive for a light tank (1750), Low ROF, Needs other light tanks as buffers to prove effective in combat (4-5 weevils will do the trick Smile

hmm...I guess the Spotlighted voxel forums will soon get as filled as the "normal" voxel forum. Is it that voxelers are getting better and better, or that we are starting to "lye" from our standards? Rolling Eyes

I think this is a great voxel for it's size, and has no lack of quality, but...meh, forget it, guess it's good enough to be spotlighted...

@ Mr. Pokey: It's categorized as a light tank because even though it has heavy armor, compared to Battle tanks, it's much weaker. The Qiang Dao is a lot faster than battle tanks too! The caliber of it's gun supposedly has low caliber but in this case it doesn't apply. Smile

@ Gosho: I don't know why but I seem to like long names on my vehicles! Very Happy
