Ive only just got into voxelling since my artillary edits, and I keep practising, today i was bored so added a basic rollcage to the Nod buggy, nothing special, just something to do.

EDIT

This is the new verson, i put a seat on top of the cockpit since the buggy needs a reason for a rollcage apart from just rolling over it gives the gunner protection. i also reskinned to GDI since I think it suits it better. im going to recolour the rollcage to suggested at 60# at a later time.

first of all, it's kinda lame, i mean, afaik the buggy has a cokpit and windshield and such, and also, don't use non-remappable black cause it just looks nasty :/

The concept if pretty good... But the vxl you've done is a bit naff. The whole idea of it being some form of dune buggy design is good though... ^_^

Dune Buggy or not, I think that the concept still rocks.
Well it isn't hard to imagen such one mudel but stoll this one looks good.
Like he said, he was bored. Laughing
But again just I said before, the black is ugly,
Few clicks and got fixed.
Just recoulor the black into the grey of the other parts.
Not the tires ofcours.
Then it just looks better. (I Think) Laughing

I actually kinda like it. That's the concept Buggies were supposed to be (according to me).

it looks good but I have a few suggestions:

1.) the buggy is big enough as it is.. it's almost as big as a tank so putting even more appendages will make it even bigger Idea

2.)the rollcage is good but too dark Idea

3.)make sure the rollcage isn't 1 pixel wide only toherwise the autonormals would be confused. Idea

4.)it's been said before: the Nod Buggy has a cockpit and canopy so it having a rollcage would seem a bit off. Confused

The concept is very nice soader and so is the execution. I wish you'd make a totally new version because I'll bet it'll look good if the buggy itself is built for that rollcage purpose. Smile
