Reminder: PPM Plays NCM Revolution 1.1 in about one hour!
Subject description: Start your engines!
Just a little reminder for today's event, where we'll play NCM Revolution 1.1 online. Here's the details:

Saturday November 11th, 2006
And Sunday November 12th, 2006.
Starts at 8:00PM GMT (check your timezone HERE) and it has no time to end.
Channel: GDI Comm. Center
Requires NCM Revolution 1.0 Beta and NCM Revolution 1.1 Patch (requires Firestorm).
- XWIS is the replacement from WOL, so use it like you would use WOL.
- We recommend that you download the Open Map Competition 1, 2 & 3 Map Pack to expand the mapping options.

Very Important: Make sure your username starting with TD, TW, NCM or PPM when you get into XWIS, so we can recognize those who are playing NCM Revolution, because there might be several people online playing the original game. I.e.: My nickname there will be TDBanshee (the one I use since RotD).
Invite your friends and spread the word, so there will be a lot of people there. We already had several PPM Plays something in XWIS and they are very fun events.

I should have known...... i get an error and it fails to initialize, (thats after i copied the language.dll to the folder) and it tells me to reinstall tib sun .... (i have the first decade collection so this might affect it i dunno) i have reinstalled it and the program still doesnt run. . . i would really appreciate any help as i REALLY want to play the mod.... @Matt: You can't use TFD with this mod, the TFD exe has some wierd exe different from the TS exe and won't work right. If someone can get me a TS exe from TFD, I might be able to help people. IDK though. _________________ QUICK_EDIT

NCM
im new to mods so plz bear with me but... im still having problems. it still says fail to initialize reinstall. ive spent 3 hours on this problem and tried (what i think is all of the solutions)...
1. ive copied the language.dll to the folder
2. ive added the multi file to the folder (im using first decade btw)
3. ive downloaded the patch
4. ive changed the resolution from the really high one to a lower one
5. ive also downloaded the mod fix and used it on the NCM main executable
plz help i feel like im going insane!!!! and i think ive just killed about half of my brain cells

Hmmm... does this 'failed to initialize, please reinstall' message also appears in the original game.exe? If it does, then you need to reinstall everything (including the original game) and start again.
But, in an optimistic point of view, sometimes this problem disappears by restarting the pc.. QUICK_EDIT
