I have JPG file that I want to make into a PCX cameo file, but I can't find a utility to do that - can you help?

Have you tried the OS SHP Builder on the front page?

All you have to do is File>Import and then just save it as an .shp Smile

But you can only save as an SHP on that, not PCX. And the RA2 cameos are in SHP format.

File --> Import --> Cameo Generator --> Save As -->insert in mix -->??? -->PROFIT!!!

OS SHP Builder can export PCX files.

In SHP Builder, it can only export SHP(TS), TEM, SNO, and SHP(TD).

It can export BMP, PCX, JPG, TGA and GIF. I know. I've coded them. You are looking at the wrong menu option. File -> Export. Go there.
