I've undertaken the task of creating some cameos for Tony's RA2 Voxels and we've agreed to start a thread here to show the public, since they will all be made available once i've finished.



These Cameos are for Tonys Goliath Tank (The one he based on the Pre-Release Rhino Tank Cameo) Cool

He can't in this picture. This pic details the tank being viewed from a slightly higher elevation than it is, with the camera pointing down at the tank.

In otherwords, sky should not show.

Very good work, much much better than my voxel cameos.

EDIT- What programs do you use to make these?

Ok 2nd cameo, and i don't think this is as good imo. I still struggle with the background on Ship cameos. It just doesn't look right sometimes...

Thje ship c 'ameo looks good. I like teh deatail of the ship being reflected in the water! I only miss some gloss, but that isn't a big problem, after all, a lot of modders have started to make their own glos-efekts.

I know how to do the glass/gloss effect but i've gotten into the habbit of not useing it. If Tony wants it on the cameos then if he lets me know i can pop it on Wink

Also i think its a big improvement on the last Ship cameo, although still has some flaws

M48 Patton? I have a made an M48.
I fail to see the resemblence between the M48 and the Goliath.
But, the ship cameo is great. It looks good, but the tesla bolt could be a bit more visable.

I still can't get a ships position, or fancy effects right on a cameo. #Tongue

I know, i have the same problem. I belive the best thing to do (looking at other RA2 Ship cameos) is to only include a small portion of the ship in the cameo...

Its still pretty hard though
