Battleship
Subject description: Of Some Sort...
Very basic battleship that i might voxelise or something after itgs finished, but i need someone to texture it, if you can download it and then upload after, also commentz please. as you can see it is basic. so dnt bother commenting on that lol.

Which is in a sense, boring. Without originality, most realistic designs wouldn't exist possibly and games would become bog-standard boring. All of the Red Alert 2 armies were based on originality concepts intertwined with conspiracies and technologies of the 1970's-80's era, which is what makes it a good game, because it's a break from the original. _________________
well actually you are wrong the v3 is based of the frog-7b which is a 1950's era soviet technology. The kirov is based of a 1950's observation ballon etc... yeh i understand where your coming from with the unrealisticness of it, since if you look at it the back end i think would sink the whole ship lol, but as said i went for something original. i still have to add some side railing because obviously you would fall off haha. Here is the updated version i optimised it down to 9465 which is still very high, the update has railings adding to the realism, think it works well too.

Why do all of you think this is a concept? This 3D model can easily be turned into a voxel with a few clicks. Just because it isn't textured doesn't mean it's a concept. Texturing can be done after it's voxelized or before, whichever he chooses.
Hey, have you seen a Mario RTS before ours? No! We're original, the majority of the stuff we make doesn't even exist in Mario games. Take the EBN's buildings for example. Those were created from nothing but ideas and have little to no background with any Mario game. [/rant] _________________
what's the thing in the back of the boat? It's like three things on another thing. It looks like it could hold some v3 or dreadnot missiles.

I like it! The design is original, but not (very) unrealistik! The amount of detail is good.
Good work.
But the mssiles are cool, but if it's for RA2(YR) you may want to turn is around 90 degrees. Missiles cann't fire backwards in RA2(YR) you know _________________ This is a signature QUICK_EDIT

Soader, your model has two turrets on it. Just remember that units cannot have 2 moving turrets. You can however have a secondary weapon that fires from the second turret, the turret just won't turn towards it's targets. _________________
I thought there was a download in there. My bad - it's not the model itself.

Yeah, sorry about that. There are a lot of things about TACTIKS I don't like and probably won't play it, but I can't even begin to argue on originality or graphical competence. It's nearly flawless on these two terms. QUICK_EDIT
