Command & Conquer: The total war
Subject description: Mega P&P RP!
Proluge:
A lone shadow runs in the darkness.... Only a pale shadow, a pirate copy of the original. There was no escape. But he didn't know it. There is much that he doesn't know. (Like, "Why is Kane bald?") But soon, he will get answers. Soon, the world will be in Chaos. Soon the two will be accompanied by one (Two actualy, if you count both of the allegiances what I'll add tomorrow. Other is a joint of the two (GDI and Nod) other is unknown).

Rules:
1. You can use TD/TS/FS/TW Technology and (by obvious reasons) TW tech is most efficient, then comes FS/TS, then TD. Also the cost goes from cheapest to err..... highest like this: TD->TS/FS->TW
2. You get 250$/Harv. (aka. 250$/1 harv, 500$/2 harv, 750$/3 harv, and 1000$/4 harv, wich is max.) per 2 posts
3. GDI and Nod Generals have 1 Ion Cannon Satellite/Missile. Recharge time is 15 posts
How do you play?
It's simple. 1 post = 1 turn. You can build 4 buildings/post. Lets say I have my forces attack to.... Cairo!
Me: Alright, get the squads moving, we need to get to Cairo befour sunset!
Liutenant Fox: Sir, there's no way!
Me: Yes there is! Add liqufied Tiberium to the (gas)tank and we move 500% faster!
Ltn. Fox: Sir! Yes sir!
Yeah, that was quite fictional.
What Players (Yes, you) can do?
- Player can have discussions between players and form a plan.
- Player can have fictional discussions with their own imaginary squadmates.
- Players can buld 4 buildings in 1 post
- Player can have fictional lieutenants, captains, etc.
- Player can use GDI vehicles or stolen Nod technology.
- Player can also play for the Nod team in order to sabotage information gathering.
- Player can infiltrate GDI or Nod faction with special unit "Saboteur" or "Spy" played by a player.
(Must not get discovered as a GDI or Nod unit in the thread by other player.)
- Player can destroy fictional Nod base or GDI base as long as it was not created by another player or has permission by player to destroy it.
- Player can command bases or play as an individual unit.
- Player can use units from TD, TS, Firestorm, and C&C3 only.
- Player can kill himself but not others unless permitted.
- Player can also be a civilian who either fends for himself in teh yellow zone or eventually joins either GDI or Nod.
- Can be written in 1st person, 3rd person, 3rd person omniscient
- Player can receive promotions and training in other areas.
What Players (Yeah, still you) can't do?
- No Deus Ex Machine meaning (No simple solutions to a difficult problem.)
- No instant victory.
- No killing of other players unless the player permits it.
- No usage of units from other video games.
- No usage of imaginary units created by the player. (I.E. Chrono napalm grenadier)
- No commanding a vast army of 1000 orcas or 1000 mammoth tanks. Keep it reasonable.
- No editing posts to change actions after a previous post regardless of typos.
- No god moding, players should be vulnerable to getting hurt and dying.
- No overpowing.
- No ordering other players around unless they volunteer for it.

I don't really get it... is this trying to be an actual ROLE playing game, or a paper sheet-equivalent of a C&C strategy game? Seems you forgot the "how do I play?" section...
