Can anybody tell what is that font used for cameos and where can I get it?

It's not a font.
People usually hand-draw the letters or use a template.

If I were to make a cameo, I would probably use the Visitor BRK font.

You could use OS SHP Builder to put text in your cameo.

Very much so, that is a handy tool to use. BTW, when is the next .vxl editor coming out? I have Voxel Section Editor III 1.2c.
