This tank's got the basic shape of what it's supposed to be but I'll be frank with you: It needs more work.
I'm not saying that it's bottom-of-the-barrel at all, it's actually got the potential to become really nice but I can see lots of room for improvement there... many people have already pointed it out. But since you already got the basic shape and figure, I believe that touching up the voxel will be easy for you .
Things I think you should work on this tank:
1.) the texture: either make it a solid brown with gradual camouflage here and there. (but don't forget to delineate the turret and various parts). or make it completely touched up with camo (but dont make it too 'grainy'. id est, within a camouflage blotch, dont use shades that are too disparate.. this gives the grainy effect you see)
2.) the barrel: I don't think it's attached at the right place... too high up the turret head.
3.) the details: you can just draw in the details with the line tool or draw tool, or you can add some more voxel parts and color those.
In a nutshell, it's an ok tank but it could certainly be a lot better. QUICK_EDIT

Hmm, it appears you have a few holes in your voxel.
(the chassis is not closed all the way)
If you have just a one pixel hole in the voxel, maybe on the underside, it will cause those bizarre normals(if you are using the new autonormals)(this is just what I have observed)
It is a good start.
