i saw the previous topic and thought to my self hmmm i did not make new flags for the soviets in my mod yet so now i have here they are

the team flags are already named so alls you have to do is put them in the RA2 folder and they will work right away

there are also the soviet gaurd shack flag and soviet poll flag in this pack they have to be coded in

if anyone wants flags made for any special team just ask and i can make them for you

Ok, seriously, those are utter crap. Please, for Kane sake, redo them. Not in MS Paint.

I'd imagine the fact that they don't seem to have a purpose doesn't help.
So they make all the Soviets black instead of red?

Just seems an odd premise.

And to be constructive, the grey on the Soviet star logo thing doesn't show very well on the background.

ok what ever if i had somthing better than paint maybe i would make better flags but thats all i have so don't dis them because i made them in paint. Yes they do have a purpose my mod The Black Army i'm nearing completion 20 more vxls to go and i will be finished with it.

if someone happens to know where to get a trial version of photoshop i would be most greatful so i could go back remake the flags, opening screen, main menu, ect.

Both Soviet comrades and Allied soldiers did their best to win this war. There is no point of speaking who did more.
Do not forget that most of Wermacht forces were concentrated on Soviet front. We had more difficulties in this situation. Compare the battle at El-Alamein and in Stalingrad, these were the most important battles.

El-Alamein
German/Italian forces: 104000 soldiers, 489 tanks, 1219 artillery units, 675 airplanes
Allies: 195000 soldiers, 1029 tanks, 2311 artilery units, 750 airplanes.

Stalingrad
Red Army: more than 1.000.000 soldiers, 1463 tanks, 15000 artillery units, 1350 airplanes.
Germans: 1.000.000 soldiers, 675 tanks, 10300 artillery units, 1216 airplanes

Despite of the numbers, we were friends, we helped each other, now people put that to extreme points, and each side says they were the only ones who did the whole job.

We did the job together, remember this but do not forget about the problems of both Allies and USSR.

Ok....I think that I struck a nerve..and possibly used a poor choice of words:

I know very well that If not for the USSR..world war II would have gone on for a very long time, and Germany likely would have won.
Im just saying that was not the actual footage of the capturing of that monumental building...and I thank them for that victory.

lol i just have to put my 2sence in this i think in the case of who would of won WWII well if american did not storm the beaches of normady and conquer the germans i can tell you russian would have stomped germany for the most part russia did when german forces tried to invade russia and the men got sick, tanks had low fuel and poor planning so honestly you know if it were not for america russia would be all of europe it would be 1 big USSR then it would have been the 2 biggest super powers USA AND THE USSR

in case of any war like that well i could not even begin to gess who would win

thats why today i'm glad we are united maybe not as 1 nation but as comrades at war with an equal enemy

ok i got to say what i wanted now you can critisize me if you like but i know its true
