History is already written, it is in my PDA. Tomorow i will try to translate it all)
Here is possible concept of ingame interface(done with paint and Jasc)

The 2 end pieces for the bottom bar and tabs look out of place and don't mesh well with the overall design.
The sell/repair area looks too plain.
The cameo design is nice but the lack of names and convoluted images (all green with scanlines? o_O) will make it difficult to figure out what the hell I'm building most of time. That is until it rolls out of the WarFac.
Nice colour scheme though.

Conditions of dwelling in some areas of a planet becomes unacceptable for human and in this connection, the governments of the different countries start to build long-term underground bunkers for evacuation of the population. Gradually all mankind moves there. There were small groups of those who has not wanted to live in bunkers and have remained on a surface - the majority of them waits starvation. In time of nuclear winter, corp making mobile army of mercenaries and genetically enchanced soldiers, fitted by most modern weapons, constructing armored vehicles, military aircraft, developing a plan of actions. Their first objective is to capture abandoned cities, military bases, mines, getting all valuable resources, stored weaponry and materials from them, and removing any armed resistance from their way...
...26 january 2095. United States marine corps are fighting with Corporation mercenaries on islands of the pacific ocean. 27 and 28 january some islands, reclaimed by USMC receives multiple bombardments by missiles with chemical warheads, most of the US personnel dies. Corporation forces captures this islands, sometimes meeting weak resistance. But few USMC special forces troops are still alive...
