The normals are going to suck it looks like, or else it's just too dark. It seems like it looks friendly with all the rounded edges or something sorta. You should give it a sharper look and like make it lookin' mean
Structurally the mech looks superb but the colors could be much better. Could you get rid of the leg warmers? What I mean is that by making the lower legs a much lighter color than the rest of the body it looks out of place. The walking animation also needs to be improved so that the legs actually look like they raise up and down instead of merely swinging back and forth. Could you also add some detail to the feet? Beyond that the mech is excellent in the majority of its detailing. QUICK_EDIT
