Subject description: Drag and drop to OS BIG Editor, TGA viewer... and more coming...

In the last 3 days, I've received emails from two people adding features for OS BIG Editor. One person coded a Drag and Drop receive feature for the program and pointed me the direction of some Drag and Drop components, while the other one made a TGA viewer. The TGA viewer is working well while I still need to adapt the drag and drop code for the needs of the program.

Ladies and gentlemen, I really do appreciate a lot this kind of contribution and everyone who contributes will certainly be credited. I'd like to point out that any contribution to any open source program hosted here is very appreciated.

Anyway, OS BIG Editor 0.5 was taking a while because I am still trying to code a way to open the .manifest/.relo/.imp/.bin files. It's not an easy task and I still have no idea of what decompression code should be used to these xmls. Let's simply say that this is not really much my area, but I'll give it a try.

Anyway, I'll probably finish the drag and drop thing and make it version 0.5 Beta. The .manifest packages will come in a future version.

Yea, I use Delphi.

I've already implemented both Drag and Drop and TGA Viewer in my end. I've just finishing the new options and .big file association with OS BIG Editor before releasing 0.5.

My main problem at the moment is to understand how to open these .manifest/.imp/.relo/.bin files.
