IVI has nearly completed its cavalry optimization program. The cause of this was a recent influx of resources by way of trades with warring factions.

The IVI MRP-T17 Tu Fei Battle Tank is a monster in the battlefield... It fires a larger volume of higher grade Plasma than the IVI MRP-T15 Qiang Dao light tank. It's Micro fusion Cell Reactor provides higher power than its Cold fusion reactor powered counterparts (although, IVI SPAFV vehicles don't need to replenish reactants as IVI MRP vehicles do), allowing it move faster. It's Micro Fusion Cells can provide it energy to last 3 days before the reactions reach equilibrium.

The IVI MRP-T17 Tu Fei's plasma cannon accelerates plasma orbs that can reach up to 2373.15 K in temperature.

IVI's recent version of it, the Mk.II version, has increased armor mass, a larger cockpit, and has a an additional small MRP reactor that shoulders the burden of providing the E/B field Shield; thus allowing the Main reactor to maintain original speeds.
