A poll on infantry

Recently i have been thinking about the infantry and how big they are compared to tanks, so i propose that all infantry units be reduced in size by 50%.

To see what that looks like, here is a picture from allies revenge 2 with small infantry.

We could, but we already have (almost) all the tanks at the right size, and if we did that we would have to resize all the civilian buildings too. Oh, and another feature you can see in the AR" screenshot is unit wreckage which we will also be adding (eventually) to RedGen.

No because that would make them the same size as Red Alert 1 [ONE] infantry

and they are like 4 pixels for a head of a infantry

I think you should minimize them by 25% so there in line with Tiberian Sun units, which can maintain detail still and make it more proportional

EDIT: A screenshot of a infantry minimized 50% would be nice Smile

I posted one, see my top post, they still maintain a lot of detail, even at 50%.

Well, that isn't RedGen thats AR2, but im sure RG will look better than that when complete, especiall with Spidey doing our buildings. And if you want to change your vote tell me and i'll edit the poll.

AH, dang nab it, someone else voted no whilst i was changing it, im gonna have to change it back now.

I was wrong, Smiff was right, it will be a 25% reduction and not 50%, i just tried a 50% reduction and they were miniscule, so im now trying a 25% (ah, the wonders of an automated photoshop action).

Btw, thedvd, if you want me to resize any RA2 infantry for you, ask now while im doing them and i will.
