Exodus of the Forgotten
Subject description: Progress Report
I've finally started working on the mod seriously, and I'm getting things moving with the help fo some people. Started working on the second map in the campaign as well as some SHPs and Voxels. There will be only one campaign, but it will follow the story as it is observed by all three sides: meaning that some missions you'll play with the Forgotten, others with Nod, and maybe GDI too.
I want to release an intro mission soon to give people a taste of what I'm working on. To get more info on the background story, visit this page.

Well, as some of you may know, I really hated the story of CnC3. While the game engine itself was good, and gameplay was fun, it really is not a Command and Conquer game anymore. After much wondering and discussion on the forum and in private chat with other C&C fans I decided to lighten my dissappointment by creating a mod that will connect Firestorm and Tiberium Wars together. I'm still working on the storyline but I have a clear picture of how the game will look:
Unlike most mods, it will not focus on new uber units and fuctions, rather the game's main focus will be a new Campaign to tie the two games together. While new units (and maybe a new faction) will be inculded, there will not be too many, as I don't want to upset the game's Balance. It will future a Nod campaign, futuring everyone's favorite Slavik as the leader, as well as a mutant campaign that will attempt to explain the Mutant's exodus.
I'm not sure whether or not I'll implant a GDI campaign yet.
I'm just starting to work on it, and its my first offical mod so it'll take sometime. I should get into it once my nightschool classes are done.

Progress: not much has been made, considering the long time that passed since I started. Between school, work and other games I found little time to map. I've picked the pace up so I'll probably get a somewhat balanced version of ze mod.
After starting the third map I realized that I have to do many changes to the .ini files, as well as adding units and a new side that is campaign exclusive at the moment.
I'll try to post some concept art or screenies to show me progress. QUICK_EDIT
