mutant civil war mod? (RA2)

hi everyone i am new. i found this site while looking on how to mod red alert2. i am pleased to be here and look forward to contributing to this community

Iwas wondering if anyone would plan on or like the sound of making a mutant patch. what i mean by this is a good side vs bad.

this is what i originally wanted to make but i need to learn how to mod as well as finish my current college exams.

My ideas consist of for example, instead of the planes, having gargoyles. instead of tesla men, guys more mutant looking shooting electric out their hands.

it's quite a big move away from RA2. there will be plenty of people who would hate it but it would appeal to some. i hope someone is interested in making this mod.

it sounds cool but your going to have to work a little bit harder.

Develop a storyline with these ideas, sketch some concepts , show us something that will capture our interest rather better than plain text ideas.

start small since your starting out, read tutorials,. see how that goes.
