Now concerning flammable terrain, It depends on what causes it, what the tile that is being set alight is and how it burns. If for example a unit is destroyed or some units use flame throwers than this feature will complement them well and this may be viable. If the tile is rock for example then i dont think it will burn for long where as thick grass will catch aligh and spread uncontrolably. Also is the whole tile a flame or are there multiple smaller flames?

I meen like you set up a tree in to fire..and later the whole terrain type near tree like (grass tile) is burning..

Ahh ok, Well TS had this function where forests would burn from one burning tree, good anti inf tactic. Im guessing you could make a grassy tile that has a simmilar coding to that but make it passible and i think your problem will be solved. Bear in mind im no mapper, scripter or coder so i wouldnt know how to do it but this is where i would start to look if i was after solving this.
