red_rebel has given me this mod, yes, i did talk with him. The new name for this mod is "Spectrum: The Secrets Within" Ive redone red_rebels storyline for the mod, to make it more...... understaning and less confusing. i decided to keep some of it it along the same plotline, like a slight religous/mythical sense in it, but fixed up some. here it is......


After Caprica fell to the Amaran forces, the Meklar took everything they had, and fled for Earth to meet thier human allies, and help them in thier upcomming apocolypse. With the Amaran Imperial Fleet right on their tail, it was only a matter of time before the meklar postion was discovered and an invasion took place. The primative humans that inhabit Earth, were completely oblivious as to why the meklar were here to save them. The reason the meklar are here, to keep the Spectrum Warriors from falling into the wrong hands. But many secrets still surround the Spectrum project, such as the locationof the secret base where the project was still being worked on, known only as "Atlantis".

Now that the Amaran Invasion of Earth has started, its all a matter of time as to how long the rest of humanity and the meklar race can last against their once allie, but now unstoppable foe.

Humans
Their biggest weapon, is airpower. with the F/A-22 Raptor and B-2 Airstrike capabilities, they are an awesome threat. their ground forces stand little chance against the Amaran gorund forces, but gain obvios power in numbers. Still constricted to conventional, projectile based weapons, humans still put up a decent fight. Power sources consist mainly of nuclear energy and combustion pased propulsion

Meklar
The meklar have that GDI kind of style. big awesome guns and missiles, along with tanks to carry them. they have good airtransport capabilities. allthough thier average hieght is only 4.5 feet, the are stronger, tougher, and more willing than their human allies, and have more effectiveness against Amaran Infantry because of their complicated body armor. Their weapons include lasers, railguns (MAC's), and also other projectile based weapons. Power sources consist mainly of Cold Fussion

Amaran
Somewhat like the covenant in halo, but not so much. Architechture and military style is a mix of organic and geometric looks. Standing at about 7 feet in hieght, they pack a mean punch when it comes to infantry. Their ground forces are extremly effective against lightly armored units and infantry. Their weapons consist of Energy based systems. such as lasers, plasma, EMP, and sonic waves. Power source is mainly Anit-matter and plasma technology.

-Super Weapons-
Drop pods (Elite infantry)
EMP
Hammer of Dawn Very Happy (Orbital Space Cannon)

Spectrum Warrior (not buildable for obvious reasons)
Humanoid super soldier with advanced capabilties. Such as interactive cameo, self healing, medical assistance, vehicle hijacking, jumpjet, exellent anti-infantry, anti-tank, and anti-air capabiltiy, demolistions expert. better than the Amaran "Imperial Ultra", they can clearly kick some major trash.


The main menu, i noticed it didnt have the internet option, ill have to change that. (background is from EVE online)


i have decided ot use the crates,rocks and trees from RA2, here is some craters.


here is what i have for human units so far. The Abrams, the hum-vee, and the APC were all made by Klu, and the raptor is by red_rebel (infantry comming soon)



here is the meklar stuff. i took the GDI apc and touched it up and gave it a recolor. the CNC3 tanks are the tiger tank(mammy) and the battlemaster(predator). i belive they were made by Rebelmoon and as for the Interceptor (orca like thing), i dont really know.

Just to confirm, this mod is back at Pre-Alpha Projects and it is now moderated by space_marine as well.
