Sorry but im a noob!! but how do you edit the loading screen picture. PS i suck in English.

Damn, you're soo kind to new peoples...

Anyway, Download XCC Mixer and Open "Ra2(md).mix -> "Load(md).mix" if im not wrong and extract lsXXXXX800x600.shp

(XXXXX=Country name), (md=Yuri's Revenge).

XCC Mixer - http://xhp.xwis.net/utilities/

For Editing, You can Click on Copy as PNG instead of Extracting and it should appear in the same directory as you Launched XCC Mixer from.
