*sniffs in corner*
then can someone tell me how to use the command prompt change directory tool?
I just can't seem to make it work, or do I need to use a new mod.xml file? QUICK_EDIT
In command prompt (CMD) enter cd for each folder you move to (for example: cd Program Files then: cd Electronic Arts )
However, on my OS (Vista Ultimate), it won't let me do the cd command for the CNC3 folder. So I simply use a batch file to reference the buildmod.bat file. I have it in my base cnc3 folder.
It goes like this:
Code:
cd MOD SDK
start buildmod.bat KMod
(But put your mod name where KMod is [that's my person use mod] )
To do this: Make a new text file (using notepad or word pad) and enter
Code:
cd MOD SDK
start buildmod.bat [your mod name here]
Then save it, then change the extension from .txt to .bat.
