The answer, my son, lies in this thread's title.
May it help you on your way to intelligence.

Get XCC Mixer and SHP Builder first, hopefully you can figure the rest out.

SHP builder blows ass for making SHPs.... best bet is to use MS Paint, with the "Draw Opaque" option unchecked, and the background color selected with the eyedropper. (Actually, Photoshop is a much better tool, but not everyone has/likes it)

SHP Builder is really only good for cameos and compiling frames into SHPs.

OS SHP Editor is a great tool. I use it to make everything that has something to do with SHPs. It needs a tool to rotate selected part of the image/whole image, though.

Argh, MS Paint is a far easier, and faster tool to work with if you aren't braindead stupid, but whatever. Confused

I have used Windows for over ten years.. I remember Windows 95 when I was little. #Puppy dog its been so long and so cold...damned air conditioner

I remember the time when i was using the amiga's paint program which at one point was even better than MS paint 3.11. Dude ms paint is like the one key program you use to edit any image. Well edit them basically anyway. After that theres Paint Shop Pro and Photoshop.

Its been stated countless times in this thread of the programs to use.

If you're just going to do simple cut-n-paste jobs, then you'd need nothing more than MS Paint and Shp Builder.
