Hey this is my first map.
It is based on the map by the same name from Red Alert 2, but it has some major modifications. It has been liked online.

On a lonely frozen island somewhere in the artic, four armies battle each other and the elements. The map is shaped like a skull and crossbones, with two cliffs run horizontal across the map connecting with each other by a bridge in the middle. There are plenty of tiberium, tech builings, and space. (On a funny note, as the game goes on, the skulls eyes get bigger).

On a downside, Minimap doesn't work ingame and the ai doesn't build in skirmish (can someone give me a link on how to fix this).

The layout is quite symmetric, making the map very predictable.

Each base has 2 entrances. One of them relies on bridge and the other is too narrowed. I suggest expanding the non-bridge one to allow more units to pass through it.

And try using variation of textures to make the map look more realistic and detailed.

thanks for the constructive critism Bansh. Although the purpose of me making the map was to learn how to use world builder, and not make the perfect map, that may come later.

As for textures, does using alot of them cause the game to lagg?

Here's a pic of the other maps I've made to familiarize myself with world builder, they are all ra2 maps, but they are very bare and not well developed. I will release them when I the terrain look non-uniform.

Er...Banshee, RA2 maps are MADE to by symmetric to make for more interesting battles. And Facedown lacks some of the RA2ness of the wide base entrances.

Those other three are quite well-done, I like how accurate they are. If I had CnC3, I'd play on them for sure.

Face Down kicked ass. Dont diss it. The only RA2 map that was better is the Swastika one, ala Frost Bite.
