Is there any way to make it so my planes can hold more than 1 bomb, and can I make it so that it is only for me?

You can make all planes of a specific type (e.g. the original harrier) have a different amount of ammo by going into rules.ini and changing ammo=1 to ammo=X or whatever in it's code (X meaning any number between 0 and whatever you can be bothered to type).
