well some suggestions
the red pyramid top, appears to be floating.
. and beveling your edges so there not so hard ie "straight on 90 degree angles".
I also suggest just one more extrusion to get the contour seen in the TD obelisk. and for the eyelets the remappable dots, ring and connect the middle edges down the obelisk and at each vertex, you can chamfer them and extrude or bevel the faces as you want.

It's quite good for a first. The red tip/crystal should be a bit smaller, and it should have red dots along the middle of the "stinger", but it's quite good otherwise. _________________

make it out of one mesh, instead using 5 or 6 deformed boxes.
Then you don't have these ugly,not fitting,overlaying edges at each section.
If you want to come close to the TD Obel then you should take a look on a screenshot of it. Yours doesn't come that close to it in its shape nor its texture. Else it's a quite good start.
But until you show a render of your models, showing how they would look ingame, i think your models aren't worth a download. Because for a more skilled 3d-modeler these are done in 5 minutes.

Obelisk:
Needs more detail (at the moment it's mostly flat mesh).
Needs more/better texturing (why is the middle bit textured but the top/bottom isn't?).
You need to make things like the door fit better, look at actual doors of a similar nature to the one you're making (I assume they're supposed to be sliding doors, so look at real examples of sliding doors) and adapt that to fit with your model.
At the moment the doors and the cylinders on the side just look like boxes/cylinders put on the side.
Speaking of the cylinders, make them something rather than just cylinders.
The base doesn't fit at all. Either make it fit the structure better or remove it entirely.

He needs to learn how to use the extrude tool and probably follow some tutorials on how to make basic models in general. Its nice that he's learned how to make primitives and do some basic transforms on them, but that won't help you make good models. QUICK_EDIT
