how do I shut off the AmbientSound ?

I tried AmbientSound=none
but it made no difrence

the sound for NAPSYA (Psychic Amplifier)

I added it pree made in a map with a bunch of aditions
but I can't get the thing to shut up
it's not to much noise
just anoying that I can't get it to stop

speaking of anoying
I plaid on a map about a year ago that had a (Propaganda Truck) in the midle of it
it was so anoying and WELL protected
I spent the better part of an hour just trying to get at it so I could kill it to make it shut up
and as anoied as I was
I though it was a really good addon
and made a simaler map myself
but I could hardly hear the truck on mine
is there any way to increace it's valume
or was I just in a bad mood the day I plaid that other guy's map hehehe ?
