Mastermind interviewed at the official C&C site.
Subject description: This is what happens when a modder is hired to work in house..
Mastermind, my partner from Revora, had an incredible opportunity of a internship at EALA, earlier in this year. Back in may, he told me and few other fellows that he's got a job there and we've been hiding this information for a long time. Imagine if you got a wok at EA and over 400+ bothering you and your friends to leak C&C info, to add things to the game, to complain about bugs, requesting support, etc... as webmasters, we already get some of these things, but with a job there and a 2000+ uniques of fans from EA franchises at Revora, this would be insane for him. So, it was boring to be silent about this for these months, having to move to a new server and not bugging him for news about KW and even future C&C RTS titles that may released after that (which I don't think EA would drop the franchise)... I have to admit, that sometimes.. it escaped and I've asked few things.. but err... he was a zealot and religious with his NDA. So, the only thing I know is that he was one of the people there who worked on the mod SDK. But he did other things that I still have no idea of as well. Maybe, one day he'll be able to talk more about these things. Anyway, the important is that he had a great experience there, a lot of fun and learned a lot as well. He even got to visit community summits from Blizzard and Petroglyph during his workdays there and his boss had no problems with that, actuallly giving him some presents to distribute to the Petro guys. Mastermind wishes to return to work there and I hope he does.
And, recently, Aaron Kaufman has posted an interview he has done with Mastermind like... two months ago or more... about his internship experience there. Here's a snippet:

"5. I'm sure you are under a strict NDA and cannot discuss our top secret activities here, but can you enlighten us on some of your favorite moments working with the C&C 3 EALA RTS team?
Well, there are some stories that should never see the light of day, but I suppose I can mention a few things. The guys on the RTS team, really do know how to have a good time, and the party for shipping C&C 3 was a pretty awesome time. In addition, there were some other fun team activities, bowling, Korean BBQ, etc.
Probably the most fun thing that happens during hours are the dart wars. The foam darts you fire using your finger are practically a way of life. You either have to learn to use them, or be ready to take a beating during the battles that occasionally spring up. When the darts are flying, anything that shows above the walls of your cubicle is a target, and will usually get hit at least a few times. I had a Lego 787 Dreamliner, and the goal of many people on the team was to shoot it down. Happily I can say that despite several direct hits from surface to air missiles, the Dreamliner flew on until my last day at EA.
Another thing that I really enjoyed was getting to work on the Mod SDK for C&C 3. As I told someone, I did my best to make it great, since it was what I would be working with for fun after I left. I put in quite a bit of work testing the SDK, and working on the documentation. I certainly can’t take credit for all of it, and the rest of the people behind the SDK were a ton of help, and awesome to work with. Without them, the SDK wouldn’t be nearly as great as it is, and I like to think I helped a little bit with that.
Really though, just coming to work every day was actually something that I enjoyed the entire summer. I don't think a lot of people can say that they enjoy going in to work on the weekdays more than the weekend, but I definitely did. It's just an amazing environment to work in, and there's just so much cool stuff going on, you can’t help but love it."

You can read the whole interview HERE. And for Mastermind, congrats for your job there. The C&C3 mod SDK is well documented and a quite interesting set of tools.
In a smaller note, EALA has also released the episode 3 of BattleCast Primetime, but this time, they've focused more on replays. Watch it at the official C&C site with their new flash tool to watch movies. QUICK_EDIT
