Awesome casemodding featuring Temple of Nod!
Subject description: I didn't make it, and I dunno the language, but check it out. There's also an obelisk.
This guy is seemingly making a casemod for his harddrive shaped as Temple of Nod from TS. I can't read what he says, but just check all the pages, it is pretty awesome...[/b] QUICK_EDIT
I love this bloke though, a TS Temple of Nod and an Obelisk! Sheer awesomeness!
If there were two characteristic Nod buildings, its the Obelisk and the Temple, and I'd have loved to have modelled either, and this bloke is doing both!
I really hope he finishes them off.
I can't read dutch, so I don't know whats happening, although I'm a little worried that by the end he's gone off on a tangent and started work on a Devil's Tongue!
I'm also not sure why he's also doing an Obelisk, although I'm not complaining! I think from one of the pictures, it looks like he intends on putting a webcam in one of the towers. Thats pretty cool!
I just hope we get a nice scanner light on the obelisk!

wow that's really cool - i'm just wondering how he plans to get all of thoe computer parts in there
i am currently in the process of designing and building a tiberium case mod for a school project. it will feature GDI and Nod logos as well as some cool lighting the possibilty of refrigerating the insides to keep em nice and cool. not sure how it's gonna work yet though, but i still got 6 months to figure that out _________________ QUICK_EDIT

baah. Dont do something unoriginal. Make a building case. The Soviet con yard from RA2, perse. CD drive behind the big curtain thing, press a button, CD Drive comes out from behind a big Hammer and Sickle marked curtain. place CD in, play some RA2. I'd like to know what the Obelisk is for. Is it a web cam (like some have suggested)? Or just a decoration?
Oh btw, Congratulations on your prize.
The obelisk is housing a real 100mW laser, currently in development are 2 special servo's and a controller board so I can project real logo's using the laser.
The temple is housing a webcam on its tail which is true to the game (where a seeker on the tail is used for the hunter seeker)
this cam can rotate 180 degrees and pitch about 90 degrees.

Maybe in the future, before I can garantee nice results I have to do some work to my molds.
I'll see to it that parts of the dutch to english translations will be released pretty soon.
If you just can't wait to read it you could use babelfish.altavista.com to translate the pages on GOT, its is kinde crappy but I am sure you can read most of it.

Ik heb ook tijden rond gevraagd bij de C&C reborn fora maar daar waren ze niet zo erg gretig om me met artwork te helpen helaas.
Dus ik heb getracht zo getrouw mogelijk met hier en daar vrije intrepetatie de kasten te maken.
@ the rest : did i mention the flame tank will have 2 real working flame throwers capable of creating flames up to 3 meters long?!

En voor je informatie: ik werk aan een privat modje voor TS, RA2, Generals en TW Ik zou wel graag bij een 'echte' mod willen werken, maarja...
