Looks like bad normals perhaps?

Colors are too bright, though. Tune them down, and to be honest, it won't be half-bad. Smile

Recolored and the black stripes removed.
Now, I really need this cameo...
Oh, and those crappy normals are generated by the crappy lightning in the map.

Oh nice reference. you don't have any more shots than that? like front, top, etc.?

eh the normals aren't helping it? Several sides are darker than they need be and others are overblown. but it can be an easy fix eh? just add some more texture and detail to it...so it doesn't appear very flat.

Edit texture. I use Project Dogwaffle free version for this, in this way:

1.Open in VXLSE III 1.37 (or older a bit)
2.Save texture into independent file
3.Edit this file
4.Load texture with RA2 Pallete on
5.Run Kill 0-15 ... colours script.
6.Done, probably.
