I dont really see what you mean. Do you want a list of all available units and their respectable "code" names, or something to do with a part of the ini file.

This explains where you will get your "Mod codes" Laughing

Also you will need XCC Mixer to extract the Rules(md).ini , in there you will find your mod codes if you open it (and please dont ask where to find a specific code, use the search function in notepad instead)
Its not possible to just post all codes in the game here becaus its huge.

DCoder dont be so sarcastic hes just a newbie (<--- a person who dont know much yet)
To lazy to post a proper reply or be helpfull? Then dont post at all.

that ini download made it alot easier
i can mix and match units now with notepad

ive started making my own mod maps and graphics now so slowly moving out of newbism

Laughing nah, DCoder is just having a bit of fun, but he is right, don't be lazy and don't expect PPM to do everything for you.

Sometimes the answers are there....you just have to find them. ( and Google.)

But if your really trying and showing effort the majority of people will answer your questions your point you in the right direction.

There's still many things missing from ModEnc, I may post all my findings on there later though.

Anyways, here's a link to my rules.ini loaded with informational goodness, contains all the available "codes" before the infantry section.

EDIT: That reminds me, I gotta finish my art.ini.

Good that you explain to DCoder what a newbie is, he sure is happy to know...

OK people, you shouldn't adapt to his vocabulary but teach him the common:
MrMash, what you mean by "codes" is what one usually calls "INI tags". It'd be better if you used that word in the future to avoid confusion.

So, yeah, agreed, ModEnc is the best (if not the only) place to look for lists.

by the way, did you try my chrono tank?

Also, sometimes it's alot easier to just add a new infantry, use Image=to have it be the old one, and add new codes rather than trying to go over an old unbuikldable unit.

Immediate EDIT: Think of all the instances where the unit is on the map and now he will have an uber machine gun!
