if you watch it, u see a treaded thing going into the base, then burrow halfway into the ground, and then launche missiles as helicopters. I think it's the tick tank.

IIRC, they have already released all the new units info... And the only deploying unit I can remember is the Reckoner APC, which can deploy in a bunker, from which 3 squads can fire...

I just saw the video yesterday, and I think you're right. I first thought it was the Reckoner, but it kept moving #Tongue

I think it's a special units for the Black Hand subarmy (just like the Flamethrower Avatar)...

Yeah.. could well be some upgraded Tick Tank, and it only makes sense for Nod factions to have some TS things back as GDI has.

Its basicly the Black Hand replacement for the Stealth Tank. It can only attack air units (and seem to be quite good at it Wink

), but its worthles against grund units.

due to the thing's weird shape, I thought it had burrowed when it actually just looked that way. I think Stygs is correct.

I've noticed that one in several KW videos, and always wondered what it was.
I've never seen it close up, but I don't really like what I've seen of it so far, so I fear it may go in the list of things I want to remake in my mod #Cussing out

Yep, you're right about that. It's a Black Hand only unit, and it replaces the Stealth Tank. It has sensors, can only fire at air units, and can be upgraded with better rockets...

Well, the black hand is like "oh, we don't use stealth technology" but like gdi is like "well we'll shoot you from the sky" so the black hand is all "Then we gots to have some AA!". Hence the new Mantis.

Plus, you have to balance the subfactions with the originals, they can't have everything the same PLUS some new stuff. quid pro quo.

I don't think it's a bad idea. The Black Hand has enough other powerfull units to destroy enemy land units, so an anti-air unit as a replacement for the Stealth Tank isn't that bad Wink
